Trash Collection: Mondays and Thursdays (If the following holidays are on a Mon or Thurs, trash will be collected on the following trash day). New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day. Our bulk trash pick up date in Spring: To Be Determined, Fall: To Be Determined

Quarterly Dues: $110 due on January 10, April 10,
July 10, and October 10 of each calendar year. We have a quickbooks option to pay online. Please send us the request to set it up for you.
Modifications to Homeowner's Property requires Architectural
Review Application for modifications resulting in any
visible change to property to ensure harmony of neighborhood is
maintained.

West Board Meetings for 2025
We are going back to partial in-person meetings starting from the annual meeting.
Board Meeting Dates: May 13th (zoom), September 9th (in-person), October 14th (zoom)
Annual Meeting: November 11, 2025 at 7:00 pm to 9 pm (in-person).
