Review
of 2007 Budget spending: $5000 overage due to extra paving costs. The largest
expenditures were landscaping, trash removal and paving as well as legal fees. Budget
attached.
It
would cost $3000-3500 per month for a property management company to handle HOA
functions. This was not deemed as necessary at this time. 30 day consideration
was given before discussion of increasing monthly dues. Agreement to try and increase reserve fund.

Friendly
letters to deliquent HOs has dramatically reduced overall past due amounts.

Hitchens to reclassify common areas of MWHOA to be exempt from water assessment

Bids – New service, Ecology Waste Management, working well so far.
Comcast
