revisit the transfer of money back to T Rowe Price account.

- potentially to be conducted May 16th.

We only want
licensed, insured, and bonded contractors on the website. MWHOA is not endorsing any vendor but
impressions are there because vendor listed on the MWHOA website.

Montgomery
County entering into an agreement to buy whole ‘webtrack’ – moving county
maintenance activities and firefighting academy there.

mention both bulk pick up and clean up dates.

Discussion about
signs and their posting for bulk pickup day ensured. Currently only hand made signs were available – potential for
future professional ones. Michele
will email community about dates.

was determined – Blue Heron & Centerway.
