Michele placed minutes from 3/10/09 board meeting to the floor for approval

v J. Patten motioned that the minutes be approved

Treasurer’s Report

v Lot F1 in foreclosure; $400 was written off and $537 was paid.

v 6 units have pass due balances

1. Turner making payments

v 5 units have made advance payments

v 14 units still owe 2^nd quarter dues

v At September’s board meeting we’ll need to revisit the transfer of money back to T Rowe Price account.

AERC Committee

v Weeds are ‘out of hand’ in the common areas

v Treatment resolutes are limited

v Spring inventory - potentially to be conducted May 16^th.

Website

v We only want licensed, insured, and bonded contractors on the website. MWHOA is not endorsing any vendor but impressions are there because vendor listed on the MWHOA website.

Community News / Webtrack

v Montgomery County entering into an agreement to buy whole ‘webtrack’ – moving county maintenance activities and firefighting academy there.

v Gazette news article passed around.

Clean up date

v Email will mention both bulk pick up and clean up dates.

v Discussion about signs and their posting for bulk pickup day ensured. Currently only hand made signs were available – potential for future professional ones. Michele will email community about dates.

v Meeting place was determined – Blue Heron & Centerway.

v Estimating that 15 people will participate.

v Dudley will get coffee, juice, donuts [3 doz.], cups, sugar, crème.

v Dudley will provide table set up.

v Areas of focus for clean up – stream and both drainage ditches on Centerway.

v Bring gloves. John will provide large trash bags.

Bulk Pick up

v No appliances; tires; car batteries

v Email needs to delineate what can and can’t be put on the curb.

v Items for pick up must be at curbside by 7am.
