March 15, 2005 Meeting Notes

The meeting opened at 7:30

Secretary’s Report

The meeting minutes from the January 18 and November were read and approved with modifications.

Treasurer’s Report

Thelena provided a Treasurer’s update. All bills were paid through February. A full Treasurer’s report providing financial status will be provided at a later time. In the meantime Thelena is to make sure the accounting is up-to-date and the cash flow is adequate. Delinquent payments – there are several homeowners that are late; a letter will be sent to these homeowners.

AERC Report

• John Clay will inspect the house at 8827 Mourning Dove Court.
• Michele will contact painter to paint the 2 HOA signs with HOA provided paint.
• An update was provided for house at 18900 Blue Heron Lane. The house being rebuilt will be identical to the old structure, with the possible exception of putting a sliding glass door off the dining room.

Covenants update

The lawyer is still awaiting approval from Park and Planning. If they do not respond, Heather will go to Park and Planning to get this resolved.

Covenant violation

The lawyer sent the letter to the homeowner with the violation for siding color deviation. This gives the homeowner 90 days to respond.

Newsletter

Homeowners who are interested in having their driveways repaved can call Heather to find out about a contractor who will charge $500 with several bids.

Several articles were given to Michele to prepare the newsletter – all articles are due by April 1.
